A DMCI Homes Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies. Overview A DMCI Homes Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor property consultants. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. Motivate the team to enhance productivity and professionalism. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee client engagements and ensure a positive buying experience. Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth transactions. Operational & Administrative Tasks: Prepare and analyze sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations. Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance. Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Build partnerships with brokers and other real estate professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and leading a team of seven Property Consultants. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership role.
