A DMCI Homes Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
Sales Leadership & Strategy- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruit, train, and mentor property consultants.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Motivate the team to enhance productivity and professionalism.
- Oversee client engagements and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build partnerships with brokers and other real estate professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
