Senior Accountant for Awesome CX by Transcom Davao (NetSuite Experience Needed) Be among the first 25 applicants. Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Senior Accountant for our Davao site. This role focuses on handling month‑end close, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management while collaborating with internal teams and vendors. Responsibilities Contribute to the month‑end close process by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue and expense analyses. Manage accounts payable including vendor onboarding, facilitating approvals, and processing payments. Manage accounts receivable, working with Sales and Operations teams to onboard customers, apply payments, and analyze chargebacks. Process company and employee credit card and expense reports, and assist with T&E reporting to management monthly. Assist with cash and investment reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations. Reconcile intercompany accounts, working closely with cross‑functional team members. Maintain rigorous internal controls and improve policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Strong US GAAP knowledge and application. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite is a plus. Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environment is a plus. Experience in infant nutrition or omni‑channel manufacturing is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within team and cross‑functionally. Extremely high level of integrity and willingness to give and receive candid feedback. Full‑time, Davao, Philippines.
