Corporate Recruitment Specialist for Awesome CX by Transcom- Davao

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals to join our team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, generating reports, coordinating with stakeholders and onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Research new technologies
  • Follow up with candidates
  • Build good relationships with the Hiring Manager and candidates
  • Create reports needed by recruitment team and hiring manager
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills; preferred experience in a multinational, multicultural setting
  • Experience as a Corporate Recruiter is a must
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Office tools
  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Corporate Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist role within a BPO setting
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as Corporate Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist in a BPO
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in standard office tools
