Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Product Data Coordinator
- Manage incoming content requests to update various banners, blogs, landing pages across the site
- Validate required content fields and ensure all necessary information is submitted accurately
- Proactive in partnering with marketing, brand ops, engineering teams when troubleshooting content issues
- Manage content calendar and ensure all tickets are submitted and follow up on missing upcoming launches
- Actively QA content pre/post launch on site and confirm alignment with requestors
- Communicate clearly and frequently on all open issues
- Have great judgement and take initiative to mitigate issues
- You take direction well, prioritize, focus and are inventive
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required, preferably in a fast growing company. Prior experience in beauty company is a plus
- Proficiency in G suite and Microsoft Excel (vLookUp, tables, etc)
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Contentful platforms are a plus
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively in the constant changing environment
- You are highly motivated and able to work well independently and in a diverse team
