Job DescriptionAwesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team Be a Senior Accountant for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davaosite. This role will focus on handling month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

What you will accomplish:
- Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue and expense analyses
- Manage accounts payable including vendor onboarding and relationships, facilitating approvals within the business and processing payments
- Manage accounts receivable, working with the Sales and Operations teams to onboard customers, apply customer payments, and analyze chargebacks
- Process company and employee credit card and expenses, and assist with T&E reporting to management on a monthly basis
- Assist with Cash and Investment reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations
- Reconcile intercompany accounts, working closely with cross-functional team members
- Maintain rigorous internal controls and play a key role in improving policies and procedures within the department
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to apply principles to various situations
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a plus
- Experience in the infant nutrition space, or other omni-channel manufacturing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within the team and cross-functionally
- Extremely high level of integrity and willingness to both give and receive feedback candidly
Proficient in MS Excel; US GAAP Knowledge
