Senior Data Analyst for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Senior Data Analyst Be a Senior Data Analyst for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role is pivotal in building dynamic dashboards, forecasting demand, and collaborating cross‑functionally to drive strategic growth. Strong SQL, Python, and data storytelling skills are essential. Responsibilities Clean, model, and visualize large data sets from sources like Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and others. Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and inventory data to identify opportunities, trends, and insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., sales performance, customer cohorts, ad ROI, retail sell‑through). Collaborate with operations and supply chain to forecast demand and inventory planning. Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely, with an emphasis on business impact. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally in CPG, DTC, or eCommerce. Strong proficiency in SQL, DBT, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot). Proficiency in Python and dbt for data modeling. Experience working with tools like Shopify, Recharge, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Fivetran. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
