Overview

IT Asset Coordinator (Up to ₱40K Base + Onsite Allowance + FREE AI Certification) – Cebu City, Onsite (5 days a week) | Day Shift (6 AM–3 PM PH Time)

This role is central to ensuring seamless IT operations and optimizing our infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end tracking and documentation of IT and non-IT assets.
  • Execute deployment, retrieval, warranty checks, and replacement requests efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT inventory to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment for internal teams.
Qualifications
  • You have 2–3 years of experience in asset management, IT support, or a related role, preferably in a BPO/IT-driven environment.
  • You are proficient in asset management systems such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or equivalent tools.
  • You have knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices.
  • You have basic knowledge of IT hardware, accessories, and office infrastructure.
  • You have experience working on AI-powered applications and using the latest AI Coding assistant tools.
Non-Negotiables
  • Day shift availability (6 AM–3 PM PH Time).
  • Based in Cebu City and willing to work onsite (5 days a week).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to support shifting schedules or multiple site locations when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.

  • Tech Stack: Asset Management Systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine), Inventory Management Processes/Tools, IT Hardware & Software Troubleshooting Tools
  • Reports to: Asset Manager
