Overview

The Financial Services Associate – Billing Administrator is responsible for managing billing-related activities including project creation, timesheet maintenance, and invoice processing in SAP. This role ensures compliance with JSOX requirements and supports business units by addressing queries related to billing and project data. The associate works closely with resolver groups and stakeholders to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create and maintain project data in SAP.
  • Raise sales orders and generate invoices accurately and on time.
  • Manage timesheet entries and ensure proper alignment with billing processes.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with resolver groups to address billing and project-related concerns.
  • Respond to queries from business units regarding projects, timesheets, and billings.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with JSOX requirements and internal approval protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of billing transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with local teams, clients, onshore suppliers, and project managers.
  • Support the Team Lead and manager with ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.
Other Duties
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
  • Complete mandatory training and submit reports and timesheets accurately and on time.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or company.
Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any relevant course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Billing Administration, AP, AR, or General Accounting, preferably in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Basic understanding of project principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting software.
  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP Accounting system.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work extended hours and during Philippine holidays.
  • Willing to work hybrid set up, onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
