Position Summary

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to a designated branch, including monitoring branch performance, preparing standard reports, and assisting in sales initiatives and promotional activities. The position also supports the agency team, manages documentation and inventory, and facilitates communication of business updates and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support branch performance tracking (30%): Monitor and report on daily and monthly branch performance metrics, ensure compliance with contracting requirements, and assist in executing sales initiatives.
  2. Assist agency force and branch activities (30%): Support the branch manager in meetings and activities, coordinate application processing with underwriting, and respond to inquiries from advisors and field managers.
  3. Manage branch administration (30%): Handle documentation, conduct inventory, coordinate contests and promotions, and oversee branch office upkeep.
  4. Conduct orientation sessions (5%): Educate advisors on sales initiatives, governance, and operational procedures.
  5. Participate in continuous improvement (5%): Engage in technology adoption and special projects to enhance branch operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to quickly learn new information and pay attention to detail
  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong sense of integrity and organizational norms
Problem Solving

The role involves responding promptly to varied requests related to reports, operations, and processes, often requiring quick and accurate problem resolution.

Qualifications
  • College degree, preferably in marketing or communication arts
  • Minimum of one year experience in sales or financial services
Communication and Interaction

This position requires regular interaction with channel management, support staff, underwriting, training, marketing, licensing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
