This position includes assessing, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of investment portfolios and physical assets, such as real estate, equipment, and securities. The purpose is to guarantee that assets are managed efficiently in order to generate financial growth, reduce risk, and meet the client's objectives. Documentation/filing of sales documents. Encoding and updating of records. Assist in answering clients' queries related to asset management services and strategies. Keep asset management practices comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Utilize financial tools and software to analyze asset performance and identify investment opportunities. Maintain up-to-date records of all asset transactions and holdings. Coordinate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth asset management processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates can apply. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Ability to collaborate with Finance at Accounting Department. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting. Ability to accurately monitor and manage asset performance and ensure regulatory compliance. Ability to collaborate with other team members, senior management, and clients.
