Job Type: Full-time, Remote
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team remotely from Pakistan. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our clients through cold calling. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential prospects in different industries to generate leads for our client;
- Reach out to potential prospects via phone to build relationships and set appointments for our clients;
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets;
- Provide feedback and insights on the sales process to improve overall performance;
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups;
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a business development role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential prospects;
- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed targets;
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools;
- Reliable internet connection, work equipment and a quiet workspace;
- Capability to work full-time in US time zones.
