As we scale, we’re looking for a creative strategist who can lead Amazon-native content and define the next generation of our visual brand. Position Overview We’re hiring a Creative Strategist — someone who combines deep Amazon experience with business-savvy storytelling and insight-driven ideation. This isn’t about pixel pushing. It’s about owning the creative pipeline that drives measurable revenue. You’ll conduct competitor audits, write briefs, direct UGC creatives, and lead a testing roadmap that turns visual content into outcomes. Your work will shape performance across Hero Images, A+ Content, Storefronts, and more. Mission Turn performance data into scroll-stopping concepts that reduce CAC and lift ROAS across Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and beyond. Core Responsibilities (First 90 Days) Creative research & insights → weekly competitor audits, trend reports, review mining. Concept ideation & briefing → translate insights into hooks, briefs, and storyboards. Testing roadmap ownership → 90-day calendar, 4+ new hooks per week. Cross-channel adaptation → repurpose winning TikTok/Meta creatives across formats. Performance analysis → track creative-level metrics, publish weekly “what worked/what’s next” reports. Asset library & brand guardrails → maintain compliance, structure, and visual consistency. Collaboration → partner with PMM and DTC Lead to support launches and campaigns. Key KPIs ≥10% creative win-rate (ads beating control ROAS). 2× scroll-stop rate within 6 months. ≥15% blended CAC reduction through creative optimization. 4+ new hook-based concepts shipped weekly. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5+ years in Amazon creative strategy or visual content leadership. Strong fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with A+ Content, Hero Images, infographics, and CRO-focused layouts. Knowledge of Amazon compliance (white backgrounds, resolution, size rules). Ability to turn brand attributes (luxury, softness, eco-consciousness) into compelling visuals. Preferred Bonus Skills Familiarity with Premium A+ Content and modular video layouts. Packaging design & print production. Shopper psychology in home/lifestyle categories. Testing tools (PickFu, Helium 10 Audience). Tech Stack Platforms: TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ads Library, GA4, Hotjar. Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut / After Effects / Descript, Figma, Notion.
