This is not an entry-level role—we’re searching for someone with minimum 5 years of experience managing content calendars, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and growing strong brand communities online. You’ll work directly with the Founder and play a pivotal role in elevating our social presence and driving brand growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Creation: Develop and write engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram , as well as Facebook, Tik Tok and Pinterest. Craft content that resonates with our target audience, sparks meaningful engagement, and builds brand loyalty. This includes brainstorming and scripting captions and video content that align with the brand voice and communicate key messages effectively. Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Serve as the first point of contact for influencers and Amazon affiliates, ensuring prompt, warm, and brand-consistent communication. Manage collaboration requests, craft personalized messages, define and track influencer & affiliate tiers, tailor outreach to match each partner’s voice, and refine scripts to strengthen authentic connections. Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile. Like, comment, and thoughtfully interact with relevant content to increase visibility and trust. Content Planning and Calendar Management: Collaborate with the Founder to co-develop the overall content calendar, then take ownership of content planning, scheduling, platform adaptations, and consistent, high-quality posting. Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to identify opportunities and keep the brand relevant. Canva Proficiency: Use Canva to design custom social media posts and stories from scratch, ensuring visuals align with written content and brand guidelines. Instagram Reels Scriptwriting: Develop concise, trend-driven scripts for Reels that capture attention and communicate the brand message. Analyze Performance and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor KPIs and engagement metrics, using analytics to improve reach and ROI. Email Newsletter Copywriting: Craft engaging, on-brand copy for email newsletters that connects with the community and drives engagement and conversions. Product Launch Collaboration: Work with the Founder and Catalog Manager to develop launch strategies across social media and email, delivering cohesive messaging that drives anticipation and conversions. Collaboration with Founder & Team: Align on brand direction and content priorities with the Founder and cross-functional teams. Experience & Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing—preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brand environment. Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication. You will be the primary contact for influencers and affiliates, so clarity, warmth, and brand-aligned messaging are essential. Creative & Strategic Copywriting: Ability to craft compelling captions, engaging newsletters, influencer outreach, and video scripts that reflect the brand’s voice. Visual & Editing Proficiency: Skilled in creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Proficient in Canva and able to produce visuals from scratch without templates. Organizational & Planning Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage content calendars and plan campaigns ahead. Demographic Relevance to the Brand: This role targets women 28+ who connect with modern mothers and caregivers. Honesty and Reliability: Core values; transparency and consistency are essential. Curious Mind: Keep up with current strategies; test ideas to gauge potential results.
