Position: Multimedia Designer

Working Schedule: 2:30am-11:00am EST (2:30pm-11:00pm PH)

Salary Range: $1200-$1600 USD Monthly (final salary depends on experience and client discretion)

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Multimedia Designer to create high-impact Amazon content: image stacks, short-form videos, A+ modules, and storefront designs for our brand partners. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and understands how TikTok-style content drives engagement. Familiarity with AI creative tools and cross-platform design (Adobe, Webflow, Figma) is a plus. A strong desire to grow with industry evolution, blending AI and human design, and working as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design high-converting Amazon main images, infographics, and A+ content modules, including engaging lifestyle mockups
  • Develop short-form video assets for Sponsored Brands Video or product listings
  • Create branded, shoppable experiences within Amazon’s store builder and refresh store designs
  • Collaborate with brand managers and creative leaders for feedback and revisions
  • Manage templates and ensure style guide adherence for consistent brand representation
  • Conduct creative research and analysis of the Amazon marketplace to identify trends and improve engagement
  • Demonstrate UX/UI web design thinking for mobile and desktop
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Amazon/eCommerce multimedia design
  • Expertise in designing Amazon image stacks, infographics, and A+ modules
  • Experience creating product images for Amazon and other DTC platforms like Shopify or Walmart
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Familiarity with Webflow or similar no-code web design tools
  • Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT)
  • A portfolio demonstrating adaptability, storytelling, and trend awareness
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
  • Strong visual sense and passion for design
  • Understanding of TikTok content engagement strategies
  • Organizational skills for managing files and assets
  • Open to fresh graduates and early-career creatives
