Your Role

As an AU Brand Content Strategist, you are responsible for:

  • Design high-impact social media content (video, reels, carousels, ads)
  • High-quality, high-impact email marketing
  • Website redesign
  • Edit reels, testimonials, education videos, and promotional content
  • Help define and refine the client visual and messaging style ("We Hit the Spot")
  • Collaborate with the founder for storytelling around client success, B2B offers, and influencer partnerships
  • Manage tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Premiere Pro/Davinci
  • Identify and secure B2B collaborations (gyms, sports teams, allied health clinics)
  • Recruit and manage influencer relationships in Hills/Sydney fitness circles
  • Develop lead-generation funnels and referral partnerships
  • Produce partnership content
  • Organise pop-ups, corporate wellness demos, or local events

Ideal Background:

  • 5 years of experience in content creation and editing, with proof of a high-profile portfolio
  • Proficient in brand storytelling and short-form video marketing
  • Understands social media trends (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook for health/wellness)

Soft Skills:

  • Great attention to detail and high organizational skills
  • Creative, vibrant, and bubbly personality
  • Proactive and able to adapt immediately
