Event Production & Execution

  • Juggle pastry production timelines to meet multiple banquet deadlines like a seasoned pro.
  • Ensure perfect portioning, flawless plating, and on-the-dot service for large-scale events.
  • Work closely with Banquet Chefs, Event Managers, and service teams to make sure the dessert service flows like clockwork.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a passionate pastry team in a supportive, high-energy kitchen environment.
