Overview

My client from the food equipment manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance Manager from the manufacturing industry, responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the business through effective planning, analysis, and reporting. This role combines core finance management functions with financial planning and analysis, ensuring that management has accurate, timely, and insightful information for decision-making.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Binãn, Laguna. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, and provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions. Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A master's degree, such as an MBA or a master’s in finance, is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance with at least 2+ years FP&A experience with the last 3 years in a management role.
  • Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA.
  • Strong knowledge of the accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and financial/taxation regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and the ability to quickly adapt to various ERP platforms.
