The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the company's overall financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with PEZA regulations and Japanese manufacturing industry standards. This role will be responsible for supervising the accounting team and managing all financial activities, including:

・Full-spectrum accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory cost monitoring

・Tax compliance and coordination with government agencies (BIR, PEZA, etc.)

・Preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other statutory reports

・Budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance

・Cash flow management and internal control implementation

・Handling annual audits and liaising with external auditors

・Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with labor regulations

・Supporting top management in strategic financial decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Must have: Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
  • Must have: Strong PEZA compliance experience
  • At least 8–10 years of managerial experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations
  • Willing to work from Mon to Friday and alternate Saturday work.
