Job Description Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal financial policies. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources. Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational and performance goals. Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate audits and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and regulators. The Successful Applicant CPA qualification with 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a service-oriented or operationally complex industry. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial systems. High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to lead teams effectively.
