
Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate shall be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs and performing all recruitment-related functions and activities in the Company. He/she shall be the main point person for all recruitment-related concerns and will help strategize with the rest of the Recruitment team to meet department expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Discover new avenues to advertise and source candidates.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and follow up on endorsements to ensure requirements are met.
- Produce EOD reports on recruitment metrics, needs, and recommendations.
- Pre-screen and pre-qualify applications against job requirements.
- Record, update, and manage applicant information in the applicant tracking system. Make contact attempts to ensure candidate data is complete and accurate.
- Provide excellent applicant experience by updating candidates on their application status from receipt to final communication.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess culture fit, experience, and behavioral tendencies.
- Organize final interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer technical tests, record results, follow up on scores, and consolidate results for final hiring decisions.
- Prepare and discuss job offer documents with candidates.
- Conduct background checks and monitor pre-employment medical checks.
- Follow up on submission of pre-employment requirements to ensure completeness upon onboarding.
- Collaborate with external partners such as universities, training institutions, organizations, and government agencies to expand sourcing efforts.
- Attend or organize job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
- Initiate onboarding by uploading employee information and documents, ensuring completion of pre-employment procedures.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation when required.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Experience: 1-2 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in mass/volume hiring within a BPO setting.
