Job Description As a Customer Success Renewal Specialist, you'll manage the complete renewal cycle for small to mid‑sized accounts, ensuring accuracy, client satisfaction, and contract retention. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to minimize churn, optimize renewal processes, and contribute to customer success initiatives that help nonprofits and organizations worldwide continue creating lasting change. Proven success in driving renewals predictably and achieving targeted gross retention rates . Strong Salesforce.com experience in managing client accounts and renewals processes. Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and help implement scalable processes. Proactive and solution‑oriented, with a focus on exceeding client expectations. Skilled in n avigating approval frameworks and responding to renewal‑related inquiries. Capable of providing administrative and operational support to Renewals Managers. Committed to ensuring the timely and accurate closure of renewals. Your Daily Tasks Own and manage the end‑to‑end renewal process for account sizes smaller than $100K ARR primarily through written communication. Report to Manager, Global Renewals, with focus on customer retention and uplift. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal statuses. Provide regular reports on renewal pipeline, risks, and opportunities. Execute strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn through defined processes. Work with Installed Based leadership, Finance, Legal & Order Management to ensure contract accuracy. Verify contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure data integrity of all quotes.
