A. GENERAL FUNCTION

The position is responsible for assisting the Billing and Collection Department, Accounting & Cargo Control and managing fund utilization of the company in accordance with the company procedures and policies.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Performs the disbursement of cash / checks as per approved schedule / instruction.
  2. Prepares and reports the cash position of the company.
  3. Prepares the monthly cash flow report and its projections.
  4. Represents the company to financial institutions as required.
  5. Prepares the Monthly Management Report for Senior Officers.
  6. Performs bank transactions.
  7. Supervises the cashiering functions.
  8. Assist in releasing of check payments to suppliers, contractors and personnel.
  9. Provide the Monthly Reports, Collection, Operating Expenses, CAPEX and Cash Position/Cash Flow.
  10. Monitor the Cash Advance & Collection
  11. Monitor the Disbursement & Cash Position
  12. Process and Post the Liquidation of Cash Advance
  13. Custodian of Invoice, Official Receipt & provisional Receipt
  14. Safely keep all cash and checks and any other form of monetary value, bank passbooks, certificate of deposits, promissory notes and other similar documents.
  15. Perform bank related transactions such as but not limited to encashment of checks, cash/check deposits and update of bank deposits.
  16. Receive cash/check collections from Billing and collection Department and prepare the corresponding bank deposit slips to be credited to the assigned banks.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.
C. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  1. Educational attainment: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  2. Eligibility Criteria: None required
  3. Work Experience: Must have at least 5 years of related experience
  4. Training and Certification: None required.
  5. Skills: Must have technical expertise, with people skills, computer literate, and excellent communication skills for both English and Filipino (oral and written).
