Position Overview

The Treasury Officer is responsible for managing the company's cash flow, monitoring bank transactions, and ensuring the timely funding of disbursements. This role safeguards financial resources, maintains accurate treasury records, and coordinates with internal departments and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily cash position and ensure availability of funds for operational requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and process check payments, online fund transfers, and other disbursements.
  • Safekeep petty cash, checkbooks, and other treasury-related documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all treasury transactions.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
  • Monitor loan payments, bank charges, interests, and ensure compliance with banking agreements.
  • Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury reports for management.
  • Reconcile bank statements against company records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company funds.
  • Support the Finance Department in audits and regulatory requirements.
