About the Job - Senior Telesales Team Lead We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Senior Telesales Team Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Team : Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals. Sales Strategy : Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers. Monitor Performance : Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results. Training : Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. Customer Calls : Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues. Set Targets : Establish and review sales targets for the team. Improve Processes : Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven. What’s in it for you?
