Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results.Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.Customer Interaction: Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.Sales Targets: Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.Key Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.What’s in it for you?Basic salary + quarterly commissionStrong sales mentorship and coaching13th month payHMO / Healthcard + DependentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologyDayshiftFixed Weekends offLead.
