Job description About the job Telesales Team Lead We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Telesales Team Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results. Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Customer Interaction: Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues. Sales Targets: Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven. What’s in it for you?
