Role: Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

This role supports the Commercial team in managing a portfolio of FMCG partner companies with the objective of driving Category Sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the end-to-end enlistment process of New Product launches and Promo Packs from FMCG partners
  • Set up and execute activation program briefs, monitor and track promo spends
  • Lead the Perfect Store execution of FMCG partners, ensuring availability, visibility, and updated product information for a seamless app experience
  • Manage contracts, trade letters, and supporting documents for trade terms and activation programs
  • Consolidate next steps from joint business plans with the FMCG partner - identifying growth opportunities for them with the appropriate analysis of relevant KPIs of Active Buying Stores, Basket Size, Order Frequency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of improvements
  • Communicate data effectively and present findings
  • Analyze data to problem solve and determine opportunities and challenges of handled categories
  • Build and maintain relationships with FMCG key accounts
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous FMCG experience is a plus
