Job Description Oversee and manage multiple store operations across provincial branches in the Visayas and Mindanao regions Ensure excellent customer service and foster strong customer loyalty Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve issues Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field At least 3 years of supervisory experience in sales, retail, or key account management Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Willing to travel and be stationed within Visayas and Mindanao areas Ability to work independently and handle multiple store accounts Assign to VISMIN area can travel across Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao. #J-18808-Ljbffr
