Intelegencia is seeking a highly skilled General Ledger (GL) Accountant to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and reconciliation processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while supporting a dynamic, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Record accurate and timely journal entries. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice posting, payment processing, and collections monitoring. Perform detailed bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support financial statement preparation and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal and client audits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in GL accounting. Strong background in AR and AP processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite . Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced work environment. Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. CPA or CMA certification (or candidacy) is preferred.
