Your Role Serve as customer and dealer liaison, answering high volume queries and facilitating resolutions. Provide excellent customer service via telephone or email. Negotiate outcomes daily over the phone or email. Problem‑solve non‑standard repair queries using mechanical knowledge. Process supplier invoices on time. Provide email support to Interleasing driver products as required. Issue work authorities to repairers/suppliers daily. Authorize and oversee repairs, issuing precise instructions. Correctly code invoices with actual prices for each job. Accurately process repair invoices once all codes are entered. Perform administrative duties: filing, processing, redirecting repair send‑back letters, and managing accounts inquiries/set‑ups. What You Need – Non‑negotiables Proficient in Microsoft Packages. Minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanic with extensive experience across light vehicles, trucks, and other specialised commercial vehicles. Numerical skills and some knowledge of accounting procedures. Working knowledge of a Service Department in car dealerships or general repairs. Preferred Skills/Expertise Familiar with an office environment. Familiar with repair costing structures. Knowledge of standard repair time information (Manufacturer & S.S.A). Heavy/Commercial Vehicle Experience. Automotive Trade Certificate.
