Accounting Officer (Bgc) – Manila

Location: Binondo, Manila (Must be amenable to work in Binondo)

Job Description and Requirements:

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in accounting payable
  • Knowledgeable in any accounting system
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Willing to work from Monday – Saturday (9am – 12pm every Saturday)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Education: Bachelor’s degree)

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects
  • Estimate funds required for short- and long-term financial objectives
  • Create financial reports, lead month-end closing, and conduct monthly financial forecasts
  • Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting plans
  • Balance equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize profit
  • Strategize fund procurement through banks and financial institutions
  • Invest prudently in assets to maximize returns
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports
  • Evaluate financial performance and measure ROI
  • Assess risks in financial activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management and Management Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in related field
  • Skills in Quickbooks or any online accounting system
  • Skills in general accounting, taxation; experience in retail and service industries
Job Type and Salary
  • Full-time (Makati) • Hybrid
  • Salary: Php30,000.00 – Php38,000.00 per month
Schedule and Relocation
  • 8 hour shift
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Makati City – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
