What Makes This Role Exciting Cloudpay is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager ensuring Accounts payable transactions are processed and paid to terms within our NetSuite ERP system. This role may suit someone who has international payables experience looking to gain a wider exposure including management experience in a growing company or someone at an entry or early stage of a career in finance looking for an opportunity to progress in a growing organization. Main Responsibilities Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable mailbox, ensuring timely responses Responsible for day-to-day AP transactions related to supplier service partner billing across regions EMEA, US and APAC Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies Activate new suppliers Bank reconciliations Respond promptly to queries regarding invoice and payment status Check prices and volumes on Purchase Orders to align with invoices received and correctly receipted Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accurate financial records Handle ad hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned This role follows a hybrid working arrangement with 4 onsite days per month.
