We’re excited to welcome a full‑time Accounts Payable Specialist to our growing team This role is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks with a focus on accounts payable. You’ll also support the preparation of financial statements and assist with documentation for tax reporting. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Location Manila, PH Job Type Full‑Time Pay Type Hourly Position Responsibilities Handle Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, manual check applications, aging reports, and account reconciliations. Record routine journal entries and bank transactions. Enter AP bills and credit card transactions as needed. Assist with month‑end closing and account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Perform bank reconciliations. Provide support to accounting team members as needed. Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role would share and understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets. Demonstrated ability in an accountant role is a must. The right candidate will exhibit good business judgment and acumen and be both confident and flexible in their views. This position will require the ability to work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute departmental initiatives. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 1–2 years of experience in accrual‑based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month‑end close, and bank reconciliations. Dependable with a track record of regular and reliable attendance.> Strong oral and written communication skills; able to interact across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects. High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment; organized and able to prioritize independently. Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
