Responsibilities

  1. Audit
    • Price Inspection
      • Checks the implementation of markdown memo, promotion and accuracy of retagging.
      • Collects and proper disposes sold in-house barcodes.
      • Collects and proper disposes sold in-house barcodes.
    • Stockroom
      • Inspects the stocks arrangement, labeling and cleanliness of stockroom.
      • Ensures proper filing of used documents and official memos.
      • Checks organization of hangers, supplies and bargain boxes.
      • Reports damaged and lost tag items to Marketing Department.
    • People
      • Checks compliance on grooming and uniform of Fashion Consultants.
      • Evaluates customer service standards; greetings, communication and suggestive selling.
  2. Operations
    • a Branch Administration
      • Ensures overall compliance to company\'s standard operating procedures.
      • Acts as a Custodian of barcode stickers for outlets within him/her.
      • Facilitates transmission of documents to head office via courier service provider.
      • Complies of the outlets to delivery and pullout procedures.
      • Closely monitors the confirmation of deliveries.
      • Counters and collects of account receivables delegated by Head Office.
      • Trains Fashion Consultants on policies, procedures, customer service, visual display and stockroom standards.
      • Assists head office in the screening and recruitment of Fashion Consultants.
      • Facilitates the replacement of busted bulbs and other supplies.
    • b Reports
      • Ensures regular submission of Store Visit Reports and pictures to concerned personnel.
      • Ensures submission of accomplished markdown memo (retagging form) to head office every cut-off.
      • Submits accounting related documents.
      • Notifies Head Office of any unusual activities in the store detrimental to the interest of the company.
  3. Merchandising
    • Checks the proper implementation of visual display directives.
    • Checks replenishment of stocks in the selling area.
    • Reports the condition of modules, hangers and bargain boxes.
  4. Liaison
    • Checks potential sites and submit pictures as requested by Marketing Department.
    • Assists Brands in making follow ups for approval of perspective and permits.
    • Establishes and maintains rapport with department stores\' officials and owners.
    • Assists in the physical transfer of stocks approved by Head Office.
  5. Others
    • Performs other task related to Retail Operations as required by the immediate head.
