Knowledge/Experience/Competencies
- At least one (1) year of overall professional experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or other industry management / specific discipline
- BS in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent degree
- Formal training in Basic Food Safety (GMP, SSOP)
- Basic knowledge in HACCP and/or Food Safety Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control
- Thermal Processing

Departmental Accountabilities

• Food Safety and Quality Systems: ensure policies, procedures, customer requirements, specifications and regulatory requirements are adhered to; monitor HACCP compliance; maintain QA systems and verification procedures; implement SOPs and work instructions
• Critical Documents: create, collect and review documents required by regulatory agencies and certifying bodies; prepare technical reports
• Consumer Complaints: conduct plant-level product complaint investigations
• Special Projects: support R&D on product commissioning and new product lines; evaluate test equipment and capital requests
• Product Quality: conduct product/material reviews to ensure specs; prepare non-conformity reports and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Sensory Evaluation: conduct finished product evaluation per retort batch and line before unloading/shipment

Salary : Php10,546.84 - Php45,390.66 per month

Benefits : Health insurance

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary
