About the Role

The Technical Lead/Lead Implementer will play a pivotal role in leading Application and Identity Governance projects. You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation using Pathlock, requiring a strong foundation in IT, business process automation, and security compliance standards. This role demands leadership in coordinating all delivery efforts, including defining project scope, assessing current implementations, and driving technical design and operations.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of delivery for Application and Identity Governance projects.

  • Define project scope, assess current implementations, and develop project structures.

  • Design, implement, and oversee technical solutions using Pathlock.

  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within quality standards.

  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members, leveraging their strengths and fostering their development.

  • Maintain hands-on involvement in project work to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and security compliance requirements.


What you bring

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security space

  • Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of identity management solutions.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects

  • Knowledge of Pathlock would be great, if not then experience of similar products e.g. Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint , etc.

  • Knowledge of authentication technologies e.g., SSO, MFA, etc.

  • Knowledge of integration to off the shelf Enterprise products e.g., Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premises IT landscape

  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or any other Business Process Control automation / monitoring tool is a plus.

  • Knowledge of various business processes and risks within them.

  • Knowledge of SOD Rule design, should have collaborated with compliance team, business / IT

  • Functional team in identifying business relevant SOD risks and granular authorizations.

  • Willingness to be a hands-on contributor. Excellent communication/documentation skills.

  • Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, DB, LDAP
