About the Role We’re looking for an aggressive, results‑driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our Brokerage team in the Philippines. In this role, you will sell a wide range of non‑life insurance products—including property, casualty, motor, health, and liability—to corporate clients, SMEs and affinity groups. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Igloo’s client base by prospecting new business, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high‑value B2B deals. This is a hunter role where you’ll work with minimal hand‑holding, driven by targets, and backed by Igloo’s robust portfolio of insurance partners. Job Responsibilities New Business Acquisition (Direct to Client) Proactively identify and pursue corporate clients, SMEs and affinity groups who can benefit from Igloo’s non‑life insurance solutions Lead end‑to‑end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure Build a healthy, active sales pipeline and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Product & Solution Selling Position Igloo’s broad portfolio of non‑life insurance products from multiple insurance partners to meet clients’ diverse needs Work closely with clients to tailor solutions, ensuring the best fit for their risk profiles and business goals Market & Competitive Intelligence Stay informed of market trends, competitors and regulatory changes in the Philippine non‑life insurance market Identify new opportunities for business growth and cross‑selling Collaboration & Execution Work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients Share market feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements Requirements 5‑7 years of proven success in non‑life insurance sales/business development, ideally within a brokerage or agency context Strong network and understanding of corporate insurance buying behaviours in the Philippines Demonstrated track record of aggressively generating leads, closing complex B2B deals and exceeding sales quotas Expertise across multiple non‑life insurance lines (e.g., property, casualty, motor, health, liability) Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; insurance certifications (e.g., LOMA, licensure) are an advantage Benefits Comprehensive Health Coverage: HMO coverage starting Day 1, with free coverage for up to 2 dependents Financial Rewards: 13th‑month pay to ensure fair and rewarding compensation Career Growth Opportunities: Annual performance appraisal to recognise achievements and support professional development Inclusive Work Environment: Be part of a dynamic team committed to innovation and collaboration Leave Benefits: Competitive leave policies to support work‑life balance Continuous Learning: Opportunities to enhance skills through training and development programmes Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Industries Non‑profit Organizations and Primary and Secondary Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
