About the role This is a full-time Scheduling Specialist role based in our Cebu City office, part of the Teleperformance group. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and managing the workforce required to deliver exceptional customer service at our state-of-the-art contact centre. Your work will be vital in ensuring our customers receive the support they need, when they need it. What you'll be doing Accurately forecasting call volume and staffing requirements to meet service level targets Creating optimal schedules and rosters for our contact centre agents Monitoring adherence to schedules and making adjustments as needed to maintain service levels Analysing key workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborating with the wider operations team to deliver an excellent customer experience Providing regular reporting and insights to the management team What we're looking for 1-2 years of experience in a workforce management or scheduling role, ideally within a contact centre environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams Proficiency in using workforce management systems and MS Office applications A flexible and adaptable approach to be able to respond quickly to changing business needs Fluency in English, both written and verbal What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan Opportunities for career progression and skills development A vibrant and supportive company culture with regular social events Modern, well-equipped office facilities in a prime location About us Teleperformance is a global leader in customer experience management, with a presence in 80 countries and over 420,000 employees worldwide.
