Base pay range: Up to PHP80K, based on skills and experience.
What You’ll Do- Be part of our client’s team as a Customer Success Manager , where you’ll manage renewals, drive platform adoption, and strengthen client relationships.
- Champion customer satisfaction, expand portfolios, and deliver innovative solutions that bring measurable business value.

- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills; presentation experience is a plus
- Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Proven track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Creative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of the Customer Experience industry
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Manage customer renewals
- Upsell and cross-sell to expand the customer portfolio
- Increase customer satisfaction by identifying platform usage gaps
- Drive usage by reaching out to end users for regular engagement
- Engage key stakeholders and ensure they receive relevant communications
- Coordinate with marketing and implementation teams to relay essential information
- Understand customer business challenges and goals, and align them with platform capabilities
