We’re looking for a Sales Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our National Sales Manager. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function and to help our leaders stay focused on growth, relationships, and new opportunities. Manage the National Sales Manager’s calendar, inbox, travel, and communications. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Maintain and update sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. Support CRM data management (Zoho), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations. Provide general admin support to the Sales Team, including meeting and event coordination. Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales or similar 5–7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or similar role. Background supporting sales or commercial teams. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience using CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus) and basic understanding of sales metrics. High attention to detail, initiative, and a team‑oriented mindset. Work Setup & Requirements Capable of remote work Fast and stable internet (minimum 100mbps ) Comfortable working AU business hours Ability to attend monthly in-person Manila meetups with other remote employees Ability to travel to Australia if required #J-18808-Ljbffr
