Overview

The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of marketing operations. The goal is to help grow the brand’s influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. He/She shall be responsible for the management of the organization's presence thru strategic marketing, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cost control in the department
  • Develops marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Conducts competitive bench marketing, focus group discussions, stake ins and stake outs to gather related data and information vital to the needs of the department and the organization as well.
  • Establishes tie-ups and partnerships with other establishments to strengthen the company's marketing programs and activities
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging online contents daily
  • Communicate with followers, responds to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media account's design
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • In-charge of all PR and marketing-related activities
