The Strategy and Innovations Director spearheads the data gathering, analysis, and ideation needed for the formulation of short, medium, and long-term strategies of the organization. Working with the management team, he/she ensures initiatives are properly aligned to allow for the goals to be met, and will ensure that both the content and spirit of the strategic plan are being implemented through continuous performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the company's strategic plans, including long-term goals, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Business Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess strategic risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate strategic priorities and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (such as finance, marketing, operations) to align strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning processes.
Requirements
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
  • Related Experience – Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Strategy, particularly in BFSI
  • Skills – Microsoft Office, Hubspot CRM
  • Soft Skills – Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; Analytical, decisive and data-driven; Flexible, adaptable, and quick thinking; Extremely organized and reliable
