HEPMIL Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator (Creator Partnerships) to join our growing team. This is a 1-year contract position that is fully remote in PH, with the possibility of renewal. Responsibilities Outreach to creators for campaigns: Reach out to creators for interest in social media campaigns Lock down agreed-upon rates and finalize all terms with creators to ensure smooth campaign execution. Track and monitor creator involvement to ensure timely deliverables and alignment with project objectives. Admin on Creator community and network Maintaining and updating creator rates quarterly or campaign request basis Creator Admin - setting up chats with creator and internal staff, surveying for interest in topic or niche in Creator community chat Manage media drops by coordinating and determining which creators will receive products, materials, or assets, and ensuring timely distribution. Creator reporting - data gathering and analysis Pull and gather social media data, including engagement, reach, and performance metrics, to inform campaign effectiveness and strategic decision-making. Manually extract follower count and other relevant social metrics for each creator, ensuring accurate data tracking for reporting and analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of creator-related projects. Support reporting needs, preparing insights and analysis related to creator partnerships for monthly business reports. Requirements Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in project management, accounts servicing, or influencer marketing from an advertising agency or related field. Strong organization and project management skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com. Ability to manage tight deadlines, negotiate rates, and coordinate with various stakeholders. A solid understanding of the digital and social media landscape, especially platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and more. Passion for new media, digital content, and influencer marketing, with a keen interest in social media content creation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at once. Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong appetite for change and growth in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
