This role, reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to assist in managing outreach, communication, content reviews, and product coordination. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will also support program tracking and reporting for presentations, recommendations, and data‑driven decision‑making. This is a full‑time (40h/week), hourly, remote position with a compensation range of PHP 948,480 to 1,067,040 per year. This role requires working in a US timezone. Responsibilities Assist in managing day‑to‑day influencer communication with external partners and creators. Support outreach to new influencer prospects including research, list building, and initial communications. Coordinate code creation, product seeding, and shipments in partnership with internal fulfillment teams. Track and update influencer statuses, contract timelines, posting deadlines, and content calendars; maintain and update internal databases and shared documents. Review and organize content submissions for approvals, ensuring that brand messaging and compliance guidelines are consistently met. Support monthly sales recap communications and assist influencers with invoicing needs or questions. Assist in campaign performance tracking and organization of performance data, including monitoring live content, gathering story metrics, and ensuring timely follow‑ups and reporting.
