Overview
The Campaign and Outreach Account Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. This role bridges marketing strategy and client relationship management, ensuring outreach efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels. Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are compelling and data-driven. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, engagement, etc.).
- Outreach & Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners. Identify outreach opportunities including events, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations. Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
- Account Strategy & Growth: Understand client needs and translate them into actionable campaign strategies. Work with sales and business development teams to align outreach efforts with revenue goals. Track account performance and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure campaign relevance and alignment. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in campaign management, outreach, or account management. Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B marketing or enterprise account management. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and tools.
