Overview

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role provides guidance on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to management, facilitating change, improving employee engagement, and driving business performance through effective people strategies.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and provide HR solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Support leadership in decision-making regarding workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent to drive culture initiatives, organizational transformation, and employee engagement programs.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.
  • Advise managers on performance improvement plans and recognition programs.

Talent Management & Development

  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and design development programs for employees.
  • Support succession planning and career progression initiatives.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on talent development, retention, and engagement strategies.

Compensation & Benefits Advisory

  • Advise business leaders on compensation adjustments, promotions, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure alignment of reward strategies with business priorities and market practices.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth execution of onboarding, offboarding, employee movement, and reporting processes.

Data-Driven HR Insights

  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Track key HR KPIs such as turnover, engagement, headcount, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to HR operations or HRBP functions.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications, including MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS Word/PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
