JOB SUMMARY The Legal Administrator is responsible in handling administrative matters of the Legal Department, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and in assisting the Corporate Secretary when it comes to corporate matters and provide plans and suggest solutions to corporate problems. Assist the Legal manager in implementing the Legal department’s roles and responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Perform administrative functions within the Board of Directors, and Executive Committee and assist the Corporate Secretary in the performance of its functions, such as but not limited to the following: Organization/Safekeeping of documents/files, such as but not limited to filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Develop and maintain a filing system; Prepare, produce, and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms; Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Provide information by answering questions and requests; Research, create presentations, and handle multiple projects; Monitor and assist in the preparation of compliance with government regulatory requirements; Receive documents/telephone calls/emails/any other forms of communication; Assist during the meetings conducted by the Stockholders/Board of Directors/Executive Committee; Coordinate with and assist the Corporate Secretary on matters related to the holding of the Stockholders/Board of Directors/Executive Committee meetings; Resolve administrative problems; Prepare, monitor, and follow up the documentary requirements for the application and approval of changes in the corporate profile; Keep updated with the regulations and issuances of DOLE, SEC, and other government agencies and communicate to department/s concerned about the filing of compliances. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any business course Good oral and written communication skills With interpersonal skills for transaction with internal and external key persons.
