Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management. Monitor KPIs (accuracy, productivity, on-time delivery) and implement process improvements. Lead resource planning, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives. Drive automation, process efficiency, and Lean/6S continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with sales, finance, HR, and IT to ensure smooth operational support. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team; foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. Manage operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality. Uphold compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory standards. Oversee operational projects and report progress to regional management. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field. 8–10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics, with at least 5 years in leadership. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
