Support Project Planning Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Support risk management and mitigation strategies. Collaboration & Communication Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management. Facilitate communication to ensure clarity on project objectives and deliverables. Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, change requests, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project records comply with organizational standards. Tools & Software Use project management software (like MS Project, Jira, or others) to track progress and manage workflows. Help train team members on project tools and reporting methods. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably in logistics or warehousing. Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation planning, or distribution systems. Experience in Philippine logistics operations is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross‑functional teams and interact with senior leadership. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite.
